TERMS AND CONDITIONS LA ROLA TRAVEL
1. Purpose: This document regulates the contractual relationship between La Rola Travel (hereinafter, "The Agency") and the person hiring the services (hereinafter, "The Traveler").
2. Booking and Payment Process:

Reservation: To confirm any tour or experience, an advance payment of [X]% of the total value is required.

Balance: The remaining balance must be paid at least [X] days before the start of the experience.

Payment Methods: We accept credit/debit cards and bank transfers through our secure payment gateway. International transaction fees are the responsibility of The Traveler.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policies:

Cancellation by The Traveler:

More than 30 days before the trip: Refund of [X]% (minus administrative fees).

Between 15 and 29 days before: Refund of [X]%.

Less than 14 days or "No Show": No refund will be issued due to prior commitments made with local communities and providers.

Force Majeure Cancellation: In case of weather events, strikes, or public order situations, The Agency will seek to reschedule the activity or issue a "Travel Voucher" valid for one year.
4. Traveler Obligations:

Documentation: The Traveler is responsible for having a valid passport, necessary visas, and vaccination certificates (e.g., Yellow Fever for the Amazon).

Travel Insurance: It is a mandatory requirement to have a valid international medical travel insurance to participate in our routes.

Health: The Traveler declares to be in optimal physical condition for the contracted activity and will inform of any health changes before the tour begins.
5. Code of Conduct and Sustainable Tourism: La Rola Travel promotes respectful tourism. Behaviors that threaten the integrity of other travelers, guides, or local communities will not be tolerated. Supporting local female entrepreneurs is a pillar of our agency; dignified and ethical treatment is expected in every cultural interaction.
6. Limitation of Liability: The Agency acts as an intermediary between The Traveler and service providers (transportation, hotels). While we carefully select our partners, we are not responsible for accidents, losses, or damages caused by third parties or fortuitous events.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any controversy will be resolved before the competent authorities in the city of Bogotá.
